The host was great and had a very well prepared outline of all the rental details and logistics. The unit was well appointed and close to many things downtown. It was also helpful that the host stopped by to say hello. We would definitely recommend that you stay… We plan to come back.

Greatest Best Friends' Trip

The house was absolutely wonderful and perfect for a group of 6 30-something men exploring Montreal! The owners were wonderfully helpful and kind, and we are pleased to know where we will stay during our next trip to Montreal!

Lovely space in the best location

The space was very accommodating for all 8 of us, and it is great that every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. It is very close to great restaurants and we could use the bike share which was stationed right outside the residence. Loved the space!

Excellent Stay in Montreal

Walking up to the entrance gave us a start - it looked like an abandoned store front. Once we stepped inside, everything was as advertised, and better. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The courtyard was very nice.

Great location, fabulous place.

5 bedrooms, 6 baths, and beautifully decorated makes for a great place to stay. Neighborhood was outstanding and we just had a terrific time. The hosts have thought of everything you could need or want. If there were 10 stars, that's what I would have given.

Perfect location - amazing property!

We were thrilled with the accommodations for our group of 12 people. The apartment was well equipped and made for a great stay! The location has a number of places to eat, drink and explore and is an easy walk to different, diverse neighborhoods. Easy communication with the hosts - and we loved the check in app and guest booklet that gave so many recommendations of things to do! I will definitely be booking again for my next trip to Montréal!

FAB Rental Montreal

My wife, six adult children & partners, and sister-in-law enjoyed a wonderful house provided by FAB Rentals in an excellent location in Montreal. Each bedroom was comfortable, bathrooms outstanding (especially great showers!), excellent kitchen and dining room space, tv room. Perfectly clean, well-appointed.

Wonderful Stay in Montreal

This property is one of the nicest places I have stayed. We were nine college friends celebrating our 45th reunion. The location is great. Easy access to many nice restaurants and a short walk to the metro which makes the rest of Montreal very accessible. The host was exceptional responsive when we found an issue with overnight parking due to the fact that we were there the weekend of the Marathon. I highly recommend this beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment.

Brand new and remodeled. We had 8 people from 82 to 4 staying there and everyone loved it. The owners were great and clearly knew how to make things as easy as possible. The only negative would be the street noise as it is somewhat busy street, but would recommend this for almost everyone.

Excellent place and location

This apartment was perfect for our family of 11 who were in Montreal to celebrate milestone birthdays of our parents. The location was perfect for those who wanted to explore the city and go for walks. There were lots of great places to eat. It was also very accessible to different tourist attractions such as Old Montreal. The place was very clean, the kitchen fully stocked to cook anything we wanted. It was so convenient that each room had an ensuite and it's own thermostat. The management was very responsive to any questions, always helpful and always very pleasant. We look forward to another visit.

Bachelor Party Stay

What a wonderful surprise!!! Booked a stay for 12 grown men. I specifically picked this place because it had the most bathrooms and that ended up being a lifesaver. When we arrived, the place was clean and tastefully decorated. The showers were awesome and the plumbing never faltered. The courtyard was an awesome place for people to hangout during the day. The location of this place cant be beat as there are many walkable restaurants and bars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE A LARGE GROUP! 10/10 WOULD BOOK AGAIN!

Wonderful all around!

The place was wonderful, exactly as described! Everything was spotless (aside from graffiti on outside wall door, which I’m sure is almost impossible to keep off); the bathrooms were very nice; the kitchen was extremely well-stocked with dishes and silverware. And the neighborhood is fantastic! If I had one suggestion it would be that the multiple online forms of communication (VRBO and two online sites/guidebooks) can be a bit confusing, and they didn’t seem to all track each other, particularly in terms of our early check-in and late check-out, for example. But that was a very minor item in an otherwise great stay!

Diamond in the rough

So if im being honest i wasnt sure what to expect when i arrived. The front of the building is like an old store n dont look very appealing but once inside the place is very nice. Completely redone and was very clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom wich was nice and the beds were comfortable. I actually felt comfortable. Its very spacious and i would definitely stay there again. The owners were really nice and its in a spot thats easy to walk to everything u need. I definitely recommend it!

Great getaway in a vibrant neighborhood!

What a perfect location for those who want to experience Montréal like a local. We had a mixed family group of 3 generations and there was something for everyone to do and get excited about. Our teens loved shopping at all of the vintage shops, book stores, game and comic shops, and record stores within walking distance. Sports buffs watched the Canadiens’ games at the charming pub next door, Auprès du ma blonde. The foodies loved the nearby fresh grocer, cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. So many restaurants! 100 percent agree with the owners’ recommendation that breakfast at L’Avenue is incredible.The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and scrupulously clean. The owner was very quick to respond when I had one question. It everything you want from a VRBO rental.Location is also a 5 minute walk from a secure indoor parking garage AND the metro, so it’s convenient to any other part of the city.We are already thinking about a return trip!

Absolutely fabulous apartment

We were a group of 5 childhood friends, now in our 60s, gathering for our third biennial reunion. It's not so easy to find a great place with 5 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, but we really hit the jackpot with Plateau Mont-Royal! The apartment checked off all of the things that are super important to us - cleanliness, beautiful decor and recently renovated. All 10 out of 10. Coming home to this wonderful flat every evening was a pure joy and something that we looked forward to. The showers deserve special mention -all had a rain shower head with 6 body sprays - pure heaven... Finally, Bernhard and Frederique couldn't have been more wonderful - professional, accommodating and an overall pleasure to deal with.

8 first-time Montreal arriving via bicycle

A group of 13 of us biked from Sherbrooke into Montreal for a few days of touring. 8 of us stayed at this FAB property which was just the right location for us to explore Montreal on foot for a few days Frederique was gracious and responsive with our questions ahead of time because we had to store five cars nearby for a week while a group shuttles back to bike in over five days. The tourist college right down the street has secure, convenient underground parking. Once we arrived at the unit we found it was REALLY well-appointed for our comfort for meals and sleeping, including the brick courtyard. Bedrooms with connected bathrooms for everyone. We walked 20 miles over the two days we and the location was great for exploring. We appreciated the clear and simple entry and exit instructions and will be recommending it to our hockey friends in the usa who will be coming up for games at the Bell Center.

A truly stunning property with the most thoughtful, wonderful hosts.

We stayed at this property for a 4 day getaway in Montreal with our extended family of 11. This included 2 sets of grandparents, two younger couples and three kids ages 7, 4 and 3. Despite the age range in our group, this house catered to everyone’s needs and the hosts really have thought of everything you might need. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and the pictures do not do it justice at all. We were all in awe of how gorgeous each room is and how comfortable the full setup is. Each room has its own ensuite and the layout is such that everyone truly has their own space and you don’t ever feel crowded. The common spaces are well set up as well. There is a beautiful outdoor patio/courtyard where we spent many afternoons and evenings enjoying the gorgeous weather. The hosts are super responsive from the moment of booking until checkout and they are incredibly kind and thoughtful. My mother is the most picky, germaphobic neat-freak and even she could find no fault with this house. An added bonus was being able to do laundry and come home with clean clothes at the end of our stay (especially helpful when you are traveling with kids but I could see this being equally useful for a girls trip as well). If you are even considering this property, look no further.

Amazing and very well worth every penny

This property was amazing and well worth it. The host Frederique, Abigail & Bernhard are the best. Highly recommend for a large family. Location is superb. Close to all restaurants and cafes. Excellent for small children. Clean and well decorated Amenities are perfect and everything unbelievably. We had a great time and highly highly recommend this home.
