Confirming what other reviews say. Réjean is an excellent host, great communicator. He gave us a list of nearby restaurants, grocery options, nearest ATM. The apartment is immaculate and quiet. I was surprised how close we were to "the action" because we did not hear anything. We appreciated the room darkening curtains for peace and quiet after a full day of site seeking. The listing states this, but it is important to note that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. This wasn't a problem for us but, as we get older, I think about that more often. We would stay again!

This condo was very comfortable, well stocked, located in a quiet neighborhood, and was exactly as advertised. We had everything that we needed, and could walk to groceries, shops, and beautiful parks. Rejean was easy to contact, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. This property more than met our expectations. We certainly would stay again on a return to Montreal.

Rejean has thought of every detail and we felt very lucky to have booked this apartment as first time visitors to Montreal. Close to the vibrant Village area and easy access to the sights, the apartment was also quiet, Rejean was very welcoming and definitely a five star!

This was the perfect spot for us. The condo is in a fantastic location, just a 4 minute walk to tons of restaurants and bars on St Catherine, and close to everything else downtown. Our Host provided a very detailed map with so many ideas we couldn’t get to them all. The condo is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry have every convenience. Our favorite part of the condo was the patio, we spent most our time out there. It was a great stay!

The apartment is adorable, well maintained, very clean and centrally located. It is located in a vibrant part of Montreal. You can easily walk to the old port and old Montreal from the apartment. There is also a metro just a few blocks away. The host met me at the apartment and walked me through the ins and outs of staying there. He also left a very detailed map and a list of activities and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this apartment. The owner takes very good care of his property and guests!

Fantastic Experience All Around

Our host was the best we've ever experienced. He went out of his way to make our stay special. The condo was immaculate, the location was perfect- we could not have had a better vacation. We will be back and will recommend this wonderful condo to all of our friends travelling to Montreal. C'était incroyable!

Welcoming, clean and organized!

Rejean was a great host, welcomed us and clearly went through the rules. The apt was clean, organized and had oil, coffee, equipped for your time away to prepare your own meals. It was a lovely experience, we enjoyed having our coffee on the terrace in the morning when it wasn't raining. Thank you!

Wonderful experience

It was our first time to Montreal. Host was warm and friendly and provided us a brief orientation at check in. We appreciated the list left for guests noting nearby spots of bakeries, groceries, restaurants, and other attractions. The apartment is up a flight of stairs and located on the 2nd floor. It is well decorated, clean, fully appointed kitchen. A lot of thoughtful attention from the products in the bathroom, nespresso, availability of cooking oil, having umbrella's for guests if it rains. For upscale dining experience check out Panacee - unassuming, yet warm and friendly place and the food was outstanding and able to accommodate my allergies. It's a great city neighborhood, you can walk or access the metro or bus within a very short walking distance. My husband already stated, when we come back to Montreal we should make sure to see if we can stay here again. Pick this place you won't regret it.

Wonderful stay!

The property was extremely clean/well-maintained and gorgeous. Location was excellent, and the host was very responsive. He provided a lot of extra helpful information for us including maps of the area with points of interest, including his own reviews of different amenities and attractions around the neighborhood at various price points. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again!

Impeccable and Accessible

The apartment was immaculate, well stocked, and the host was kind and helpful. It's in a great, vibrant neighborhood, but the apartment is very quiet. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Montreal!

A perfect "pied-à-terre"

The appartement is as described, and perfectly equipped. Réjean was a great host, even helping us park our car in the snow.The neighborhood is great (check out the cheese store and bakery near by). The subway station is a short walking distance away.L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et très bien situé, Réjean est un hôte attentif. Très bonne adresse. La boulangerie et la fromagerie sur Ontario sont fantastiques !
