The communication prior to check in was great. I got responses prompt. We made the reservation saying there was gonna be 3 guests when the condo can accomodate 6. We later had to add one more guest and the adjustment was Easy. The Security was nice and the check in process was smooth. Once checking in we realized the windows were dirty and there were some loose hairs on the comforter. We also only found 3 towels. Considering how there was 4 guests and also having a pool acesaible it would‘ve been nice to have more towels. We asked for more towels and the host said another towel would be delivered but they never got delivered. For a 4 day stay I was hoping there would be more towels to accomdate for the stay. We washed and dried the towels amongst our busy schedule. We also didn’t find any paper towels on the paper towel dispenser so we had to buy our own. We tried accessing the pool multiple times but it was closed during open hours. The stay wasn’t bad but could‘ve been better. Location was phenomenal.
