"When I was walking into the hotel to check in I was already second-guessing my decision to stay. The place is terribly ran down and you can tell ownership and management don't care to fix it up anytime soon. Door hinges were falling off and just overall at first glance it wasn't good. Also the person at the front desk seemed to not know how to check people in. Our room was terrible. The bed was fine. Clean sheets and the mattress was actually not too bad. The pillows however felt like you were sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Our refrigerator had a terrible odor of rotting fish coming from it. So SO BAD! The room was just okay but you could tell it wasn't recently cleaned. There was a weird stain on the curtains either food or maybe blood? There were cobwebs everywhere and spiders. Let's just say I wasn't comfortable going Barefoot in the place. Our hallway to our room smelled like urine. The ceiling above our shower looked like it cave in at any moment. If we were staying more than just one night I would have absolutely asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Y'all can do better. Breakfast was just blah. They didn't really have too much. They had some microwaved tater tots that were barely warm and some gravy with nothing to go with it. Maybe like two Bagels and a couple of pre-frozen muffins and donuts and a waffle station. The sausage patties were so incredibly hard that you could have almost broken a tooth taking a bite. Overall, disappointed."

"We needed our room one day early and they accommodated us. Everyone was super pleasant. The only issue that I had was that the trash cans were never emptied. They were always overflowing. Other than that, our room was clean and beautiful. We had a great view. It didn't smell damp or off in the lobby or hallways and the valet staff were really awesome people and we're very helpful"
