We only had contact with one employee and his customer service skills were exemplary. Our room was neat and clean, however some of the furnishings (in the bathroom in particular) were somewhat worse for wear. There was no plug in the sink to keep small items dropped from going down the drain. All that said, we will definitely book our next stay at this hotel.

Great value with close proximity to King's Island

Pros: Clean and friendly.
Location: Great location for King's Island.
My four children ages 4-15 and I stayed here recently while spending a few days in Cincinnati doing various things like Coney Island, King's Island, museums, etc. It's a nice location if you want to make the short trip north to the Air Force Museum as well. The outdoor pool is small, but clean. Breakfast was better than most at this price range.

Clean comfortable and friendly

Pros: The staff was friendly and the out door pool area was nice.
Cons: Get rid of the pancake maker and replace it with a waffle maker.
Location: Not much to do nearby. Kings Island amusement park is about 10 miles away. Nearby is an outlet mall, which we did not go to but looked very nice.
The staff at the hotel is friendly. The outdoor pool is nice. The room is clean. It is a no frills hotel which is what we wanted. We were just looking for a place to spend the night. The bed was hard but aside from that it was fine. The breakfast is minimal. Its mostly cereal and yogurt. They had a variety of juices and coffee. It was a no frills breakfast which again was just fine. If you are looking for a no frills ,very affordable place to stay ,this is the place. Clean comfortable and friendly. It also seemed safe.
