All of the staff were very polite and professional and super accommodating. My room was very spacious and clean with a gorgeous view. I enjoyed all of the amenities that I participated in including the wonderful clean pools. I especially loved the private beach. The fire show was AMAZING! The food was to die for and everything was conveniently located from the gift shops to the restaurants to the pools/beach. The gym was a bit far… but I guess the walk there was the warm up. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and will be booking with the Sheraton again when I return."
