A truly outstanding stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Fiji Marriott clearly trains its team exceptionally well—they were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team was amazing, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. Beautiful resort. Very quiet and peaceful. I purchased the premium all inclusive package. It was nice having all meals and drinks included however the checkout process to sign separately for food and drinks for everything you got was very inefficient. It should be digital. Also we flew 11 hours and arrived at resort at 7:30 am. We asked for an early check in but did not get checked in until almost 2:00 and we got no updates during the time we were waiting.

The room was beautiful. We got the lagoon view right in front of the over the water bungalows. Staff members are all nice. I would like to shout out: Jack the bartender at lagoon lounge, Ana at the Goji restaurant and Sulu, server at fish bar. They made our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is having some chill music at the pools. Not saying they need a dj but atleast some chill music while in the pool would be nice. Also would be nice to have a swim up bar at the adult only pool. Makes more sense to have it there than the “main pool” where children are swimming next to you.

The water from shower flooded the bathroom despite the screen door being shut. Very basic room for money. Resort facilities, nice, food ridiculously expensive and not even fresh! Check ur bill we had multiple transactions from previous room occupiers! Very isolated, and expensive taxi transfers!
