Overall this is a wonderful property with great facilities. Most of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we had a reoccurring issue with our power tripping but in most cases maintenance was very prompt in coming to rectify the issue. The staff at the bars and restaurants were extremely charismatic, enthusiastic and helpful! The location is great being slightly disconnected from the mainland but with boats running frequently, we never waited more than 2 minutes for a boat. The tour desk at the hotel was handy with all transfers being coordinated on our behalf. The buffet food options were lovely and the swim up bar was a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. No beach to walk but the pool area was very nice. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast options are amazing especially the Fijian pancakes. Dinner options were average

Tokasa who worked in the food and beverage section was absolutely wonderful. She was very good at her job and was always exceeding expectations. She is one of the nicest people we have ever met and she will be a key memory for us of this trip to Fiji. She definitely deserves praise and recognition for her outstanding work.

Overall it was good however the beach front bure rooms had unfinished construction site just right in front of our balcony which made it not a great view. Hope to see it finished next time

The room was large, clean and comfortable but far from the reception area so I had to rely on a porter to help with my luggage. It took 45 minutes for them to pick up my luggage when I was checking out. Service was also limited at the buffet dinner. They seemed short staffed. The photos of the beach on the website are also misleading. The beach has black sand and the area around it is dirty. Dining options are limited and not cheap.

Property site was very nice, but the Buffett style food was really not very good and was very overpriced! Also, a bottle of water at the resort was $10 ... at the little market just up the road from the resort, a larger bottle of water costed less than $2. Felt fleeced when the departure bill was tallied up. But overall ... very nice place to stay and relax.

The staff are very very friendly, being a vegetarian kitchen went extra to prepare special meals for me . All the staff inckuding bar are cery friendly and helpful. Very clean room lovely swimming pool and beacges.

The staff was so friendly and so attentive… What an amazing place to stay… The grounds were well kept And the swimming pool was perfect…. The chefs were great… The variety of foods were delicious and plentiful… From the staff at the desk to the house cleaners to the maintenance people to the waiters and waitresses… And management… It was the best experience I’ve had, and I’ve been traveling around the world for quite Sometimes… All of These people were wonderful… The ladies that work in the spa doing the massages were the best… So so helpful….
