The room smelled musty and the air conditioner was loud and did not cool well. It actually woke us up during the night. The most disappointing was the pool/hot tub being closed. That was the main reason we chose this hotel. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they very clearly did not care. We would not have stayed there if we had know the pool was closed.

We booked the room for the hot tub/pool area, which was not open. Had we known that, we would have chosen a different hotel. The room also smells a little musty. Very disappointed. It should have been disclosed prior to booking, especially since that was one of the filters I used when booking. Very disappointed in Travelocity.

The hot tub wasn’t super hot and the jets seemed to be blowing air not water so they were loud. We had to wait 5 minutes at the front desk (I eventually called) so we could check in. The clerk was friendly, probably super busy /!; understaffed. The bed seemed to have broken springs so it was a little uncomfortable. There was a little bit of black mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom, but otherwise, the room was pretty clean and the room was super spacious. Wish we would’ve had a rollout court option. We booked a king suite and it has a pullout couch but my kids don’t want to sleep together on the couch :)
