Nestled on Comfort Lane, this spacious lake home with a new Pickleball court (2024) is just as charming as it is convenient! Under the warm Mineral sunshine, glide across Lake Anna on the provided paddleboards or canoe, dine alfresco on the expansive balcony, shoot hoops on the private court, or indulge in a dip off the dock. There are two Frisbee golf holes in the backyard, and cornhole and shuffleboard for additional fun. When exploring Virginia's natural beauty, be sure to check out Chewning Park, the Orange Troller, and Lake Anna State Park.

Dappled in sunlight, the brick and wood-lined interior blends effortlessly from room to room. Sit back and enjoy watching your favorite shows in the cozy living room. Whip up delicious home-cooked meals in the full kitchen. And dine as a family at the breakfast nook or at the formal dining table. Off the kitchen, you will be pleased to discover a separate laundry room. Downstairs, multiple game tables including air hockey, an oversized couch, and an excellent board game collection present the perfect combination for family nights in!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The two main floor bedrooms are connected with no privacy door between them. Please keep this in mind.
This home is located on the public "cool" side of the lake.
This home has a direct boat launch on the property. If you do not want to use the direct boat launch, you will have to use a public launch. The home does not have a community launch for guest access.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
