Room was lacking the bedding for the sofa pull out. Housing keeping needed to vacuum better as beds had popcorn underneath. No pad for the ironing board either. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.

A one night stay while traveling was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Restaurants and shopping were a short drive away, but being off the main road kept it quiet and safe.

Mistakes happen, what’s important is how its fixed

Although we were originally assigned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, they handled it well. We went back to the front desk to explain that the beds weren’t made, there were towels on the floor, and the old keys were on the table. They resolved the problem immediately, gave us a bigger room, located on the floor of our choice. The employee was extremely apologetic. The hotel was very quiet, and the beds are super comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also very good, and the employee working at the breakfast area was extremely attentive.
