This was by far our worst rental experience. There were zero instructions on how to access/enter the property. The stairs leading to the upper floor unit were treacherous to say the least. There’s no way those are code, let alone safe. We entered the unit and quickly noticed the 10” slope of the floors. The unit a very old and at one time appears to have been renovated but there is noticeable west and tear since then. The bathroom fan had years worth of dust, giant cob webs behind the dusty doors. We had to ask for the entry codes, no email or instructions were ever given. We had to ask where to take the trash out to. There was very little communication with the host. To top it all off, there was zero mention of the neighborhood bars that blast music until the early morning hours. There is absolutely no way that any negative reviews about this property aren’t being suppressed somehow. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.
