Great place to stay. Awesome staff and beautiful location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the prices at the market are ridiculously overpriced. $6 for a bottle of water, $7 for a Monster Energy Drink, $9 for a small bag of nibs...etc. Also, they have about 8 elevators, but only 4 or so were actually running. There were long lines just to get on/off the elevators. We will definitely stay here again in the future, but come more prepared with our own snacks and drinks.

Staff at check in were amazing. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the staff in the lounge. Considering it is New Years Eve and there are spectators everywhere, the employees were gracious and hospitable!

We had a perfect stay. Staff was truly wonderful and the lobby and common areas are great. Bobby in guest services was so helpful with our luggage and they even stored our bikes. The only reason I’m rating the hotel 4 stars is because the rooms could use a bit of updating and maybe removing or replacing the carpets. The location on the river is great with beautiful views and the riverwalk and downtown right there.
