Village Hotel Cardiff
Noisy room next to cleaning cupboard where was woken each morning at 5-6am. Room lost all power during the stay for a period resulting in having to sit in lobby to wait for power to be restored.

Novotel Cardiff Centre
To start with, the staff were absolutely lovely. In particular the receptionist (I think her name was Ellie) was so so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean, facilities were great.
