There is a fee for everything. I was offered an early check-in for $25.00. I declined and waited two hours in the front lobby. The bartender walked passed a few times, yet, didnt bother to offer me a drink. The woman at the front desk did not welcome me either with a smile or a "welcome in." Instead, in her monotone voice she said, "ID or DL please." At least she said please. There is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel. They did have a wheelchair at least, and I had to take advantage of that. After all, I was there to have surgery. Which brings me to the next thing. The Wifi didnt work in our room because, it was at the end of the building, too far from the router, i assume. The front desk did move us closer to another floor (2nd) and closer to the elevater. So being in pain, it was a little easier to move all of our bags, cooler and luggage. Since we didnt have a cart to help with that. The hotel was recommended by my surgeons office. I will make sure i let them know my experience there.

a musty smell and party next door

We stayed in room #228 the night before our morning flight, and we needed to sleep early and wake up early. However, room #226 next to us was noisy starting around 9 p.m., with loud music and partying. My family members wore earplugs to try to sleep, but we could still hear the noise. Room #228 also had a musty or unpleasant odor. My husband couldn’t sleep because of the noise, and I couldn’t sleep because of both the noise and the smell. I even thought maybe all the rooms had the same musty smell. Even though we didn’t have much time left to sleep, we asked the front desk to change our room around 12am. We moved to room #220, which had no smell and no party noise. However, room #220 had loud noise from some kind of machine. Overall, this hotel made us feel like we want to leave USA. I will never book this hotel ever.

This hotel was a great option. Checked in earlier than 3pm, which was great. They held our luggage while we grabbed something to eat. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Would stay again.

The staff was extremely rude from the moment we walked up to the desk to check in. Once we got to our room it smelled like mold and asked to change rooms. They didn’t seem like they wanted to do that for us but eventually did. Light bulbs were out. The hotel is extremely noisy with low flying airplanes all throughout the day and night. Would never recommend anyone stay here!
