I stayed at EAST Miami and would rate it 3 out of 5. While the location is convenient and the hotel itself looks nice, there were several issues during my stay. The bathroom did not have any amenities, and it was not properly cleaned. On one of the days, housekeeping didn’t service our room at all, and when they did, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. Noise was also a big problem — we could constantly hear people shouting and being loud in nearby rooms, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the minibar was well stocked with wine and beer, which we might have enjoyed, but there was no corkscrew or bottle opener provided in the room, making it impossible to actually use those items. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this level.

The room was super hot, they did check the ac, but it just kind of stayed that way. They did come give me sheets to replace the heavy comforter. I liked the room, but I just felt like they fell short on the customer service. I brought my luggage up to my room, and down, no one was around to help - the housekeeping didn’t come one day, and left me without toilet paper and fresh towels. I feel bad to complain, but I just expected more. The view was beautiful though, the gym was nice and the food was good! The rooftop lounge was a nice place to have a quick meal, but the overall service of the hotel was leaving me feeling like it wasn’t quite a 4 star hotel. It looks like a 5 star hotel but with 2 star service. I have had better housekeeping and customer service at like a cheap Hilton. Aesthetically nice place to stay but I wouldn’t expect high level of service.

I had high hopes for EAST Miami after seeing it all over TikTok — and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and impressive. Our flight landed at 10 a.m., well before the 3 p.m. check-in time, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and got us into a room with no hassle. That alone deserves a shoutout. The views? Stunning. The rooms? Spotless. But what really stood out was the high-tech elevator system — you literally cannot access your floor without scanning your keycard at a sleek, futuristic scanner that automatically assigns your elevator. The pool vibes were immaculate, perfect for relaxing or snapping content. And the location? You’re just steps away from Brickell City Centre, which made exploring and shopping super convenient. ✨ Side plug: Do yourself a favor and try the Josper Chicken at Marabú (3rd floor of Brickell City Centre) — unreal! And don’t skip the bar at Quinto — top-tier drinks and atmosphere. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of a microwave in the rooms. After several failed attempts to reheat leftovers, we ended up tossing perfectly good food. It’s a small inconvenience, but worth noting if you plan to bring back meals. That said, my overall experience at EAST Miami was nothing short of amazing. I’d absolutely stay here again — and recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!
