Très décevant!
Malgré une plage magnifique et une belle piscine, nous avons été TRÈS déçues de ce condo.
La présence de coquerelles dans la cuisine et, parfois dans la salle de séjour, nous a dégoûtées. Après nous être plaintes, la proprio nous a fait livrer des trappes, ce qui n'a rien réglé. Nous avions peur d'ouvrir les tiroirs et les armoires, car nous en voyions tous les jours, matin, midi et soir. Faire à manger, dans ces conditions, était très désagréable. Nous avons appris que le pest control était venu 2 jours avant notre arrivée. Elle était donc au courant.
Des travaux majeurs de rénovation ont lieu depuis un an sur l'immeuble. La proprio ne nous en a averties que 2 jours avant notre arrivée, une fois que tout a été payé, ajoutant qu'ils ne se déroulaient pas du côté de son condo, ce qui était faux. Le bruit était si fort qu'il était impossible de déjeuner et de luncher sur le balcon ni de paresser le matin. Les derniers jours, les travaux se déroulaient juste à gauche de notre balcon. Nous ne nous entendions même pas parler à l'intérieur de l'appartement, toutes fenêtres fermées, tant le bruit des marteaux-piqueurs était assourdissant.
Il a fallu 9 jours pour faire réparer le Wi-Fi et l'air climatisé qui ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée.
