Welcome to this beautiful apartment. It is located 10 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from downtown and 22 from South Beach. It is undoubtedly in an ideal location, close enough to visit all these places, but at the same time far enough away from them to be able to enjoy a vacation like the one you deserve. Undoubtedly this is a small minimalist space, which will allow you to enjoy a vacation as you have always dreamed of.
the apartment is attached to the main house that is also rented through airbnb, it has limited parking for 2 cars and an independent entrance, you share only the parking with the guests of the main house
the entrance is through the gate on the right fence of the house

Kindly be aware, for your safety and the protection of the property, multiple security cameras are discreetly positioned to cover all exterior areas of the house. They are in operation at all times, yet are solely focused on outdoor spaces, respecting your privacy within the home.
