"When I checked in I was given a ticket for 2 free drinks and snacks, but what wasn’t communicated was that it was only good for a certain time. I went to the bar to get a drink and was told that it was only good from 5:30-7pm. That is something that should be communicated when the ticket is given or it should state that on the ticket. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly."

"Always a good stay, but the hotel is under renovations (fall 2026/winter 2027) so some of the amenities are out of commission, but I expect it’ll be excellent when the renovations are complete."
