Staff was very friendly. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. I saw 1 roach but that wasn’t gonna kill me and the bathroom door handle was broken off on the outside of the door. Will I stay again, yes.

The hotel was mostly clean. The kitchen cabinets were empty. I had to ask for a coffee maker, dishes, pots , pans, silverware, etc. I was only given a few of each. The microwave was terribly beat up. The TV Reception was poor. The wifi did not work in our room. The sofa bed did not open, and i could see that the mattress was just a bunch of coil springs with a piece of material around it. I doubt anyone could sleep on that. The pots and pans were horribly scratched and misused. We checked out after 1 night.

Only one luggage cart and not in the lobby. No shuttle to the airport that is only 1.8 miles away. No kitchen or dining utensils in the room. Overall, won't stay there again unless all other options are not available!

Had cochroaches and I saw a rat outside the back entrance. A coffee maker would've been nice. Breakfast was minimal.

Roach motel - literally. We got to the room, smelled the insecticide (so they're trying to address the issue), and we saw the insects scatter. - all sorts of bugs from the kitchen to the bath to the bed. The night staff was very pleasant and immediately offered us another room on the other side of the building. Unfortunately, the same problem. The night staff was not empowered to refund the deposit we had just made, so we had to come back the next day. We found another hotel nearby, and spent the night there. In the morning, the manager had no problems refunding our money immediately with only minimal questions. However, the night staff did not leave any message about the problem - at least not where the day staff could find it. Not sure if this is endemic across all Extended Americas, but it was very sad to see how far this one had fallen. I used to love staying at Extended Americas, but I will need to be pretty desperate to stay at one again after this experience.

my room & outside rooms and hallways smells either of cigarettes or weed. Bathroom & kitchen floors are sticky and carpet smells bad & dirty.
