Room looked nothing like pictures, the pictures made the room very large with “two large double beds” which was two singles pushed together. Barely enough room space to walk around the bed in the main. Bathroom was tiny. Was very loud all night.

Friendly and kind staff. Noises from train but not bad for 2 night. Hairs block the shower drain, so we jave to clean up ourself. Overall,except that one, we were happy.

Entire building could do with updating. One lift only working for 28 floors, wait times terrible. Had issues with tv and shower, tv rectified quickly. Bedrooms very small, difficult to walk around bed. Some blinds can't open/close.

The room was lovely. Very nice furniture and bed. Everything you needed during your stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit concerned about one of the two lifts being broken which according to the letter on the door, was going into the second week. A bit worried as to what would happen if the remaining one was to break down with people in it!! That could happen! Are there any stairs? This also caused quite a delay at times. Very noisy at throughout the night with the trams and trains going by so would probably not use you again.
