Booked through Hotels.com, I liked the fact that on the website it had breakfast was included. Ordered breakfast in the morning and was charged. I questioned this and was told ‘we only give free breakfast if you book directly with the hotel’. The air conditioning unit cut out, soon after turning on, upon resetting the unit flashed ‘needed service’. The air air-conditioning did not operate during the night.

Will stay again.

Needed a clean room for the night in Southbank for a quick stopover. The check in was easy and the room was quiet. There were not many people around so that probably helped. The room was small with frosting on the window except for the last foot, which was probably good as there was the neighbours brick wall just a metre away anyway. This didn’t detract from the value of the room. Lovely and clean, great shower and bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning working perfectly, tv easy to use, fridge in room. I would absolutely stay again. Price was great value.
