I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but I noticed that the customer service could use a little improvement. It seemed like the receptionist wasn't really engaged or enthusiastic about their job. Also, I was surprised to find extra charges for alcohol that I wasn’t made aware of, and I did not order because I don't drink alcohol. I called them, they told me it was a mistake, and they will refund the money, but nothing has happened so far. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope my feedback helps!

The location was great, close to Melbourne central and Victoria Market. The room was a little restricted in size but was okay for a nights stay. Room facilities weren’t that great - had a TV but you had to stream from your phone and sometime it wouldn’t work.
