They said it was a glitch in their system and they were unable to fix it After many phone calls trying to resolve the issue so we could pay our final payment, VRBO was not helpful. We finally decided to call the owner and he was nice enough to let us send him a check. We spent way too much time trying to get help from VRBO. They told us twice that they would call us back and never did. We kept calling them to no avail."
