The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We might have been in an older part of the hotel, but there was only 1 open outlet, so charging all of our devices was a challenge. I booked this room online, but the person at the front desk asked if I wanted a ground level room which was wonderful for me. Very often when rooms are booked online, there is no choice of rooms once at the hotel. I did get down to breakfast toward the end, but there were many things missing, so I was unable to get the breakfast I hoped for.

Breakfast was mostly sweet foods. Need to have eggs, yogurt and more fruit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but because of location, it was very noisy.

Great stay,the beds were super comfortable,the room was cleaner than most hotels we've stayed at. The house keepers do a great job. The GM even sold me a new pillow to take home because they are so comfortable that my husband wanted his own at home. Definitely would stay there again

Good hotel, wrong city

Hotel was good. Location was not. Not the Hotels fault. When booking online in the Hotels app, I put in Pikesville KY and searched. Second choice was this hotel. But it was in Paintsville KY 40 miles away in the wrong direction. I rechecked the app and it did this consistently offering hotels that were many miles away from where I entered. I understand in a small town area like this there may be few choices, but it should tell you that these choices were not in the city you choose.

Well I booked a room, 107 #a few days ahead of time, well me and my honey got there to the room, they tell me at the front desk that or carpet is wet where the air conditioner is because I guess the air conditioner was leaking out on to the floor and leaking it was doing because the floor remains soaked for the entire weekend, Friday and Saturday that I had the room booked for, I had to keep putting towels down on the floor to soak up the water, also had the walk over the wet towels to get into bed, dry off my feet before I got under the covers with another towel, then by Saturday the room started to stink from that wet carpet and the room smelled terrible all day and all night Saturday we couldn't wait to get out of that room and go back home! Our stay there was horrible! I told the woman at the front desk that we would like a refund on that room back to my debit card, she is supposed to be getting me in contact with the manager of that hotel, but so far I have heard nothing back. I need for somebody to get in contact with me, very soon about this matter okay. I want a refund for that room. Want somebody to get back with me please.
