"It’s was a good just that it had only one elevator working and it was really annoying to be waiting to get on a elevator."

"This place is always amazing. The place is very clean and neat. It’s relatively peaceful. The only thing this time around was the pool area. There were alcoholic drinks left all over the tables, multiple unattended teen children with some long water gun like toys, wet our phones, and belongings as we attempted to sit by the pool area. Also they had a very loud boom box. It was like a dance club and well, this isn’t the norm for Doubltetree. It was not a childlike atomosphere. Very messy and unkept. "

"There were literally 2 staff members at the front desk that had customer service skills. One gentleman and one shorter latina with a wonderful smile and personality. The rest seemed very grumpy, bitter, not smiling at all and barely spoke to us. Basically like being there was the last place they wanted to be and helping guests was not part of their jobs. The other issue we had was that the water pressure was terrible. It took about 45 minutes to run a bath full of water and it had to be set on HOT for it to feel remotely warm. We were in room 105. We did not report it to the front desk because of the staff member's demeanor on the first night when asked for towels. Also, there was a homeless man sleeping on the floor in the laundry room right behind the main office so I didn't feel safe enough to walk to the desk to report the water pressure issue and the phone in the room didn't work at all. Plus (if that wasn't enough) 2 police cruisers showed up in the parking lot that seemed to be looking for someone in the motel as we came back from eating dinner on our first night there which was scary since we never heard what was going on."
