They stole my crocs the hotel was dirty they rarely cleaned the room and when they did clean it was poorly done the also allowed the days pass which is for locals to use the pool and allowed them to bring outside food which made the place look messy and there was no place for use to enjoy the pool for those reasons I would be coming back

Me hospedé de el 9 de agosto hasta el 22 de agosto el tercer día me robaron mis zapatos crocs. La limpieza se cuarto no se hacía correctamente y en ocasiones ni se realizaba. El drenaje de el baño estaba tapado y ni lo limpiaban, incluso dejan entrar a gente local a usar la alberca lo cual deja poco espacio para los que pagamos el precio completo de la estancia. Por estas y muchas razones más no volveré a hospedarme en Double Tree Mazatlán

Comfy room, partial ocean view. Good AC, comfy bed. Nice staff. Nice pool and beach access. Breakfast options could be improved. Shower area could be improved. The floor got wet.

I liked the OXO across the street. I Love Mazatlán and the locals are kind and friendly. As I have said this I was surprised the staff here was not nice at all. They never once cleaned our room and we had a leak on the roof. Also there were never pool towels available we always waited over 2 hours for a towel. I definitely recommend Mazatlán just don’t stay at The Double Tree.

We had a really bad experience in this location , they give us our room 2 hours later of original check in time. Our room door was damage so we had maintenance ppl working on it during our stay. We did not receive no face towels or hands. Also our hand and body soap container where empty and old.

Like: in front of the ocean. Didn’t like: reception didn’t gave us any instructions, room was kind of small, same with balcony. The windows in the balcony were dirty. The bathroom had a leak on top of the toilet, the TV was not working properly. The carpet outside the rooms were dirty. Trash by the beach.
