Enjoyed my 3 night stay at this property. It is clean, convenient, walkable for me but is 20 mins to the golden zone. Depends what you need. But for me I liked that it was close to shopping, staff were friendly and helpful, daily housekeeping service was top notch and the breakfast had lots of options. Loved the espresso in the morning. This is not Canada or the United States. You need to adjust your expectations. Or pay a lot more. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. If something isn’t right, communicate with the staff and they will fix it. Enjoy your stay!

Bad front desk customer service

Our night stay was good, room not the greatest, but for one night was ok. When room was checked out of, my husband left our fast phone charger with long cord in the room. I called the front desk and the receptionist told me it was there at the front counter, that the cleaning lady had dropped it off. We went back to get it and they denied what they told me and said they had no access to it because the cleaning lady had locked it up. I asked for the manager and they claimed they had no access. There was no way that they would give it back. I asked for names and they denied knowing the cleaning lady’s name. Bad customer service and return of forgotten items.
