"I've stayed here before and it was no surprise I returned to it on my next visit to the city. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, always seeking to make a connection and help you out in any way they can. The room I booked was slightly small and the carpets looked a little worn down. The water pressure and drainage of the showers were sub optimal. I feel like the lighting in the room could be a little better. However that might be the particular room I received as the previous one I had was excellent! The room keeping service was perfect though, especially the turndown service. The hotel bar makes some great drinks, although the staff wasn't the most welcoming (may be my fault for showing up near close), which differs from my previous experience. The ambience is nice enough and cozy. The hotel restaurant was delicious in design and taste, I had a great night and my friend and I enjoyed our dinner, staying there until close. The coffee bean shaped tiramisu was a highlight! The gym and pool are the best amenity in my opinion. Excellent equipment and a long pool with a steam room, perfect for decompressing after a long day or two energize the beginning of the day. Finally the area surrounding the hotel is great. It's in a quite nook of a neighbourhood, but close enough to the Tube if you need to explore. There are restaurants and shops nearby and they feel like a mix of hipster and boujie. All in all an excellent property, highlighted by the incredible staff."

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are all wonderful and friendly and helpful. Everyone from the doormen to reception, restaurant staff, right through to the staff who cleaned our rooms were all so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection and opportunity to order an omelette if you wished. Our room was nice, very clean and a good size. Staff turned down your room in the evening. Only removed one star because in places the hotel needs a little bit of refurbishment. But we had a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended."
