"Had to book this practically last minute from a place I had booked almost a year ago for the Welcome to Rockville event in Daytona. Exterior refurbishment landed on the original rental on my week. Just plain bad luck on that.Getting this unit turned that luck around. Great area, great unit, great host and the drive from Daytona International Speedway was smooth and not too much longer than trying to navigate masses heading beachside after the concerts."

"Brandon was awesome to work with! He was helpful and responsive! The condo was spacious and very clean! The beds were comfortable—we all slept well. It is within walking distance to the beach and has great amenities. The balcony overlooks beautiful greenery and is serene. The complex is gated with the building parking garage also being gated, so it’s very safe! It is a quiet area! I would highly recommend staying at Brandon’s condo. When looking at where to stay we chose Brandon’s place even though it was a little more expensive than we planned on spending. We are glad we paid a little more and stayed here—it was well worth it! "
