We came very early in am and they held our luggage for us and was able to let us in an hour or 2 before our check in time . Staff is helpful and courteous ..."

"We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice."
