Great location and lovely suites.

Fantastic apartment and great location, our only issue is that the Chromecast function on the TVs didn't work which although not essential, would have been a nice yo have access to things like Netflix for the kids. We also tried using the washing machine to get on top of laundry and it leaked all over the bathroom, flooding the room. When we told reception we were informed that the washing machines don't work. This should have been mentioned at check in as we were left with a load of wet clothes that we couldn't dry before flying home. We were offered free breakfast as way of compensation which we gratefully accepted, but these issues did ruin the experience a little for us which is a shame.

Very clean property and is located in such an amazing area. The room is comfortable and well decorated. The front desk staff are kind and helpful. One of the ladies walked us over to where the suites are as it is away from the lobby. She even helped show us how the doors work to get in. The only "issue" we had was the air conditioning didn't work too well, so the room stayed around 26°C even when we set the temperature to the lowest setting.

Amazing location and really good for family comfort. Everything is within walking distance.. staff are very helpful. The suite is about 200-300 meter from main road I would recommend to drop off your. Suitcases ( if any) by taxi and one of you walk to hotel reception for the key.

The apartment was surprisingly well outfitted and perfectly located in the neighborhood. Shops, bakeries and restaurants were easily walkable and the area was well lit and quiet. We will definitely be back again!!

Personalized feel.

Outstanding location in marseille! The staff was so helpful in so many ways. From the great local advice, to watching out for our lost luggage delivery, to the personalized breakfast- just wonderful. This hotel has a small, personalized feel but the rooms are equal to higher priced hotels. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay right in the heart of Marseille. We stayed in the suites/apartment style room and it was the best of both worlds of a hotel and an apartment. You have cleaning service and all the space and amenities of a 1 bedroom apartment. The style was gorgeous and the space was perfect. Would stay here again for sure!

Very friendly staff, eager to make your stay as good as possible. Nearly all of the staff spoke English very well, which was a great help. There's an excellent system for ordering your breakfast in your room by which you can pick your choices and set the time for delivery, but the breakfast room is lovely. Lovely, stylish decor , its always nice to walk back into the beautiful entrance room after a day out. The location is exceptional. Stunning views of the old port. You're in the perfect spot to discover the port, the shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to Le Panier (the old part of town). Be aware that the port is bustling and noisy but the windows cut out a lot of the noise.

Great location

The location was great, very close to the Old Port and easily walkable for the tours we took. Reception was very helpful and friendly, with tips about a local bakery and shop. It was a bit warm, but maybe we didn’t figure out the air conditioning. I found the pillows hard. Having a washer was really handy in the hot weather.

Great little boutique hotel right in the harbour. Breakfast was great and felt like home away from home. Room was on the small size but had everything we needed and bed was comfy. Was a great stay for us for 3 nights. And they had AC which was great!
