Hotel Indigo Bath by IHG
"Paid for a king bed and a mini fridge, got a queen bed and a fridge so shallow you could hardly fit a bible in it standing upright. Stepped into the shower in the morning to a big clump of black hair on the shower wall. Will not stay here again."

Bailbrook House
"The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Gems & Immy. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is just out of the town, but with the bus stop at the end of the Hotel's drive it is easy to get to the city centre & or alternatively Ubers are very reasonable priced."

The Gainsborough Bath Spa
"I really enjoyed my stay at The Gainsborough. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. It's just a block from the square and an easy 10 min walk from Bath Spa train station, so getting around the city was effortless. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful ..."

"Nice venue. But poor WiFi in the room and there was a musty damp smell throughout the hotel. Nice friendly staff."

The Gainsborough Bath Spa
"I really enjoyed my stay at The Gainsborough. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. It's just a block from the square and an easy 10 min walk from Bath Spa train station, so getting around the city was effortless. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The one small downside of being so central was some noise, though that was probably due to where my room was located. If you're a light sleeper, it may be worth requesting a quieter room. The spa was the highlight. It was absolutely wonderful and a perfect way to unwind after exploring Bath. Overall, a lovely stay, and I'd happily come back."
