Check in was ok. The booking website failed to include an option which included breakfast, so I had to pay separately for that. The hand basin in my room was partially blocked and took ages to drain. .... other than that, it was most comfortable, thank you.

Unfortunately our bathroom was dirty and mouldy with a resident large spider by the toilet. We couldn’t find the restaurant and we had to search for a staff member in the morning. Good location, the room was ok but wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast was surprisingly good though.

"We had an apartment. The apartment block as a whole seemed freshly decorated, as was our room; which was also equipped to a high standard. The main hotel was well presented. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. Hotel is really well situated for the centre of Salisbury. Bit of confusion regarding the car park as there is a public car park on Brown Street, which is separate from the hotel car park. We were on the top floor, which had no proper wardrobe, probably due to the sloping ceiling, just a short hanging rail. The apartments on the lower floors more likely to have a wardrobe. We had specifically requested a high floor and it was certainly adequate for our 2 night stay."
