"So it was my daughter 13th birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a nice pool scenery. When we arrived at the hotel we checked in and to our surprise the pool was closed. That sucks because all she really wanted was to get inside a pool. Also the staffing was really nice at the desk but room service sucks. Did not stop by the room as we asked to freshen up the bedsheets and give fresh towels. Lied and left a note on the door about a sign on the outside of the door was the reason for not doing their job which was a lie. Last was the dollies for luggage were always missing as if the guest kept them inside their rooms and staffing didn’t instruct them to return them so we carried our bags back and forth multiple trips up and down the elevator. Never going back again."

The pillowcases had what appeared to be mascara and lipstick stains. I was too tired to find a different hotel and decided to live with it. When I went to the lobby in the morning, I was informed that a pipe had burst back when the weather was cold and was too deep in the wall to be prepared, so nothing was available for breakfast. I will not return to this hotel."
