"Terrible experience here. Hotel is tired and doesn’t look good. Reception tried to charge me a $30 cash deposit which wasn’t listed on the reservation details. If I paid by card they insisted I would t get it refunded. Absolutely shocking customer service."

I was leaving the next day, so I didn't call--already in my PJ's didn't want a repair guy coming in. but it meant I had no lamp by my bed. I would stay here again. 1 thing--they have a nice little kitchen set up--one of the best fridges I have ever seen in a hotel room--microwave, coffee pot--but no paper towels! So you are forced to use the bath towels. Would appreciate a simple roll of paper towels. Really nice hotel. Wish they didn't charge for parking--$12 a night--but at least it was reasonable."
