I didn’t like the fact I had to sit for a hour and a half to check in after 4pm. The hotel didn’t have us in the system for a room.

Visiting family members in the area, didn’t have parking area for family to park. 2nd, checked in early evening and late night got a call from front desk changing our room because of some maintenance going on above us after we were all settled in and ready for bed. The rooms had linen on bed that was stain, thank goodness we always bring our own linen. 3rd, bathroom had no ventilation exhaust fan. The lamps in room was all ripped and torn. 4th, the carpet in the rooms was filthy. All they offered was to minus $12 a day for the 3 days we were there. The only good thing about the hotel was the area, lots of places to eat and attraction areas.

I was not happy staying here i had ro chang rooms 3 times due to the conditions of the rooms. The hyatt is not what it use to b especially for the price.
