Unfortunately the staff was very unhelpful. Took ten minutes for someone to show up at the front for check in it seems like no one was ever there. Only spent one night and the room had no bath towels, called in twice once before going to sleep around 11pm and was told they couldn’t help until the morning at around 7am & that was fine. When I called again at 7am they couldn’t help me until 11am, gee thanks just in time for my check out. I usually enjoy the continental breakfast provided but I passed this time, not only because one was not provided but if there was as many roaches in the kitchen as there was in the room… yeah I’ll pass.

The rear entrance did not appear to lock securely, which raised concerns about guest safety since it seemed that anyone could enter the building. The mattress was not very comfortable and felt overly firm, as if the springs were very noticeable. The building also produced loud mechanical or structural noises throughout the night, possibly due to proximity to an electrical or utility room, which made it difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the room was clean and well maintained. The marketplace offered limited food options, so it would be beneficial to have a wider selection available. I did not have the opportunity to try the complimentary breakfast and cannot comment on its quality.

The facility and the room that I was assigned were clean. Just as they have been during each of my visits to that particular facility. But what sets this particular hotel apart in my opinion, is its staff. As I mentioned previously, I've stayed at that particular facility many times. And the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Which is a very big plus in my opinion.

They put me in a dirty room with an unmade bed, and then after that, put me in a room with absolutely no garbage can at all, not to mention the inconvenience of the cart and the car distance to the door and the hill that it rolled down. It was so much work. I just couldn’t even get up in time for breakfast.
