Creo que en el chek in deberian informar de las cosas con que cuenta el hotel y paseos, creo que tener que ir a otra oficina es una perdida de recursos. "We had a wonderful stay at Viña La Playa Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by vineyards, making it a perfect place to relax. Our room was comfortable, clean and very quiet.
