"The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and I had to wait for hotel staff to clean the room! So I was unable to use the room right away. He informed that I was unable to change rooms. He then asked what was wrong with it, I said the toilet was poop stained!! There was a note that said thanks for your stay sir, as if it was for the previous guest(I am all woman by the way) Then while trying to turn the tv on, it would not stay on. Reported to expedia they contacted the fromt desk at 1am and at that time I was told a double bed was available at that time it was already late and my only other option was to leave in the middle of the night!! The experience was awful and per the ratings on expedia I was disappointed and the curtains and walls were also dirty!! "
