The first room we were given was in terrible shape. We were moved to a second room which was not as bad but only had one towel and one washcloth provided! The man at the desk tried to be helpful but this place needs some serious renovation!

This hotel was a disaster, a filthy, dirty, mess! I booked here because the Expedia pictures gave the impression the property was well kept, outside of our check-in,everything else was disgusting. Dirty, noisy, and it smelled like a pot festival, even at 2:30 in the morning when I took our dogs out to go potty. Stay away!

The hot tub wasn't warm let alone hot. Floors needed vacuuming everywhere ( lobby, hallways, elevator). Bedrooms were decently cleaned. The gentleman who checked me in and that was there for 16 hours was amazing!! Give that man a raise, he deserves it!!

The tv in our room didn't work and the front desk could not move us to another room. In the hallway outside our room there were buckets to catch the water dripping from the roof, because it was raining. The elevator was very dirty. Our rooms bathroom had a bad smell and the tub was not well cleaned. This was not a good experience.

Decided to stay here based on the property photos. I thought it looked ok and was reasonably priced. I should've read the reviews... The property was extremely dirty, smelled like a wet dog, and everything felt damp. The entryway was disgusting and there was dog crap on the sidewalk outside the entrance, this was my first hint that this was going to be bad. Being it was a quick overnight we just sucked it up and slept on top of the covers and bailed out quick in the morning. I'm not fussy and will occasionally surprise my wife with a stay at a motel as long as it's clean, but this hotel took the prize for being the worst place I have ever stayed! When finally going through reviews it appears that most positive reviews are from people coming for events and not staying in the rooms. So good job to the catering staff and do better to the management and cleaning staff, take some pride and clean this place up...

We booked during transit, rolled in at 1am because we just couldn't drive any further, had 2 dogs and 3 cranky preteens, and was so thankful for this amazing hotel.

There is a serious mold problem in the ceiling of the room caused more than likely from water leakage. This problem needs to be address before people get sick.

Room was clean. Only gave two towels for a double bed room. Asked for more and they didn’t have any extras. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast area was nice but shoes stuck to the floor. Pool was nice and clean. Hallways smelled of urine and elevator was filthy and old. Did notice that they are trying to upgrade items but it’s not done completely and leaves a rundown look.

This place needs some major renovation & cleaning!

It served its purpose, it got me out of my mom’s house for a few days but gawd!!! Clean this place!! It’s filthy all along the baseboards! I’m pretty sure there was brain matter painted over on my wall. Headboard was torn, down behind the box springs and the headboard had like a quarter inch deep dust and hair! The drain on the tub took like two hours to drain the tub after I took a shower. I mean good grief! They’ve probably made a billion dollars since opening!! Do some remodeling in the rooms! Some bigger tv’s! SOMETHING!! This stay sucked but still put up with it to escape my surroundings!!
