"The man at the front desk at night is awful at customer service. I walked in and he simply said "Name". No greeting, etc. Seems like he hates his job. The female member of staff working in the morning was much better. The whole room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. Walkways smelled of marijuana. Sheets had stains on. Very unclean and unwelcoming place. "

"TV hardly worked. It wouldn't connect to the Internet and kept cutting out while it was on. Staff was friendly, and it was a 3/5 on cleanliness. They definitely need to deep clean those rooms with some of the stains on the floors. "

"They didnt clean our room a singular time during the 5 days that we stayed there. The staff downstairs were nice and the breakfast was pretty good... But the room service was literally nonexistent. We even told the staff we'd be a little while then we'd be gone all day for them to clean but they just didn't. We asked for new wash clothes and towels and couldn't get any either. The staff bellow were nice so I don't want to give to bad of a review but their room service was nonexistent. If you value a clean room and reliable room service over everything else, don't stay here."
