The room was filthy. Dirt on the floor throughout the room. Asked to be switched to a different room and was told no. I told her that the floor was filthy and asked if she could vacuum it, and she said that she could mop it. Apparently they do not vacuum the rooms. They mop them The floor was very uneven almost like there were holes underneath the flooring and underneath the carpet in the hallway The towels were supposed to be white, however, they looked gray. They did give us new towels when we asked for them at the front desk after we were refused a new room.

Room was clean but HVAC in room was loud. Area was safe. Free parking. Lightly staffed when we arrived around 9 p.m. - had to wait about 10 minutes until front desk person arrived to check us in. Housekeeping entered the room while a guest was in the bathroom.
