"We rated the stay excellent mainly because of some of the staff. Joann was great at helping us with a couple of issues and was very friendly. The man that checked us in on the first day was very helpful, even helped to carry your bags up to our rooms. And the star of our stay was Rose, she was everywhere, breakfast, housekeeping and even saw her in the evening at the restaurant. She always had a smile on her face and was very polite and friendly!"

"flights/american airlines cancelled multiple times free 8 hours of rescheduled flts we found out at 7pm we had to book an overnight accommodation. most hotels already booked somehow i found this ABSOLUTE GEM of a hotel 10 out of 10 we stayed in the UPPER VILLA-the view in the morning of the harbor was breathtaking the accommodations were beyond expectations with soaring ceiling heights and a full balcony. fully furnished 1200 sq ft apt with lovely accents and lovely decor-open/airy/spacious do yourself a favor and book this you won’t be sorry-the photos on Expedia do not do it justice. it is tucked into a hillside with an incredible open air restaurant with full view of the ocean and city below-breathtaking and ultra clean"

"Cannot say enough good things about our stay at Villa Lucco. We are a family of 10 adults and had an amazing stay. The views are unreal, the house is spacious with indoor outdoor living and the host is at the ready to assist you if needed. They also supplied all the beach chairs and snorkel gear you need. Great place - great location!"
