I'm so glad I chose this hotel. The staff is excellent, breakfast is worth the price, the bar is great, and the neighborhood has many shopping and dining options. Taxis are readily available.

I'd stay again and again

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, and it has only improved with age. The staff is terrific—helpful and kind. The amenities are great. They serve an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, with great restaurants, shopping steps away, and an easy commute to local attractions.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. I would definitely stay for longer if I could but we were only in Madrid for 1 night. The hotel room was lovely and the breakfast was one of the best ones we had in Spain. There were so many options and even gluten free options! The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also close to the train station and walkable.

This location was perfect for me as I was here for work. It’s walkable to anywhere, and so convenient. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly, and my room was always spotless. Wonderful hotel to stay at in Madrid.

fine for 1 night

i needed a place to stay for 1 night. i was there for 12 hours. it was fine. only minor issues like the curtain didn't close all the way to the busy street. the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. warning, the street is loud so perhaps request a room that doesn't face the main street. easily accessible to public transportation, restaurants, shops.
