We LOVED the property and Staff! It was exactly as presented online but even more spacious than we expected. We are a family of 3 and had plenty of room! It was a little noisy being on the Main Street but we loved the location and being in the heart of Madrid so close to everything! We would highly recommend. As much as we loved everything, the Staff really stands out and made our time super special! The rooftop breakfast and bar is super cool too!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was great — very comfortable and more than enough room for two people. The amenities were excellent, especially having a washer in the unit, which made our trip so much easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was also perfect — walkable to attractions and shopping, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic and truly appreciated.
