Clean and good stay overall — but the shower wasn’t always hot, the room temperature was never cold enough, and non-dairy milk was in short supply. Also, due to the location on a pedestrian walking street, taxis can’t reach the front of the building, which is fine if you’re travelling light. We weren’t, so we had to drag our cases uphill for two blocks. Pre-registration upon arrival was challenging because we couldn’t receive the verification code on our mobiles, but we could contact staff via WhatsApp upon arrival through their wifi. Lockers and laundry were convenient.
