Great location with lots of sights within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The one issue we did have was noise from other guests. This disturbed our sleep one more than one night. You could clearly hear conversations through the walls. Some street noise is to be expected but internally better sound proofing would be helpful.

This hotel is in a great neighborhood close to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. I would suggest requesting an upper floor as those rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with so many options from healthy to decadent. At night the breakfast area turns into a lounge with super friendly staff and great drinks.

This is a terrific hotel! The staff was very accommodating and allowed to check in before the 3pm time which was helpful after arriving a 5:30am from the states. The breakfast was high quality and they offered eggs to order in addition to the normal European fare. the hotel has a super location within most offerings in the old town area. For dinners, the front desk staff offered many good selections to choose from. The only down side for the hotel is a lack of on site auto parking. This is a great property that did not disappoint.

Great location and even better breakfast

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of everything you would want in Madrid. We found the rooms to be updated and very clean. The best part was the breakfast buffet in the morning. Wow. It was incredible and so nice to fill up before our flight home.

Exceptional hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Had my room ready even though I arrived early. The room was large, airy and clean. Had three balconies looking out over Calle de Arsenal. Lovely large bathroom with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was amazing with loads of delicious options. Prime location for visiting the sites in Madrid and for accessing the metro. Area is safe and lively at all hours. Windows are soundproof. 10/10 would recommend this hotel - no negatives whatsoever.
