Mega zentral, Organisation Check in nicht akzeptabel, zuerst eine Telefonnummer in der Mail eingegeben, wo keiner rangeht über einen Tag lang man muss vorher anrufen, dann bekommt man eine andere Telefonnummer, wo man dann per WhatsApp den Ausweis hinschicken soll. Beschreibung zum Zugang völlig unverständlich, eine Etagendusche, die ganze Zeit geschlossen, wobei Etagendusche nicht deutlich erwähnt war in der Hotelbeschreibung, die andere Dusche nur mit heißem Wasser trotz Meldung an Vermieter. Keine Reparatur in drei Tagen.
