Nothing!!First Day We Gotten to The Hotel Room the Bathroom Curtain was With Blo- - Stains as Well of One of the Pillows in My Bed and 2 of The Bathroom Tower With Yellow Stains and Brown Stain, The Air Conditioner in The Room Was Not Working, Call One of the Managers Name Sandra to Let Her Know About Everything in The Room and She Keep Saying Sorry and She Didn’t Know Why Those Stains of Blood Were There or Why The AC Was Not Working,That Night After We Return from Been Out the AC Was Not Working Again At This Time We Ring a Bell That is There in The Reception To Let Someone Know that AC Was Not Working No One Respond and Me And My Daughter When To Sleep Without No AC. By The Way Was Extremely Hot in Madrid, Also When I Reserved With You Guys I Pick a Double Twin Room That Shows in There Pictures That Have a Balcony, Well The Room Had a Window, They Explain to Me That the Rooms That Had a Balcony Were 3 Twins Beds.That Is Not What They Advertise in Your Page!!! I’m Very Upset and Disappointed That I Made Reservations at Hostal Los Alpes 17 Fuencarral Room 9, Madrid Spain. And Then With Expedia Don’t Know How You Do Business With Them, They Treat Me and My Daughter With A Horrible Attitude No Customer Service! Skills This Was A Nightmare!! My Vacation Was Ruin!! I Will Advise Customers Not To Rent There!
