Did all communication with management team. A representative was sent to give us access, but spoke zero English. We were able to overcome with Google translate, but it would've been helpful to know. If you are missing any amenities, there's a great grocery store diagonally across the street. Overall a great stay, and I would book again

The apartment was in a great residential area. Newly renovated and very comfortable. We had a little trouble at check in which was quickly rectified. Things happen so no big deal. Very nice apartment with movie screen!

This apartment was just as advertised – very lovely with the amenities and the movie theater screen. Walking distance to many areas of Madrid. We loved our stay here. Only slight negative was construction noise in the building next-door during the daytime, but it was minor.
